How I Rate!

I love to travel!  Who doesn't?  However, I would feel that it would be refreshing to get a teacher's viewpoint on which hotels are the "bomb" and ones you should probably avoid.  I tend to stay in 4 or 5 star hotels and tend to book through http://www.booking.com.  I have usually stayed at hotels that receive an online booking rating of "Good" or above.

I will place the Hotel Name, the Star Category, and the Month and Year I visited the property to each review.  Here are the rubrics which I have decided to use to rate each stay.  A simple: 3, 2, 1 is used.
3=working beyond
2=working at
1=working towards

If there is no rating by the service, it just means I did not get to rate that area during my stay, or the service was not available.  The areas that I am rating are as follows:

I will also have a comment section on areas that need improvement, where hotel staff and properties exceeded expectations, and other services offered, that were not mentioned and were utilized.  In addition, I may comment on what types of activities are nearby.  This will be at the end of each Rubric Review.

Also as a reminder, this blog is solely my opinion of each property, but I hope it helps you get an overview of services expected and exceeded when booking your next holiday.  Happy Travels!
